Window Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various residential settings. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. Duties Perform window cleaning duties on residential buildings. Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights. Clean and maintain windows, frames, and sills to remove dirt, grime, and streaks. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing equipment and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial, construction/blue collar work or residential cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Familiar with hard work in the Texas heat. Window cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. Experience as a roofer, or construction worker will help with the work ethic required for this job. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed. Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
