This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and is comfortable keeping track of multiple schedules and requests. You'll often be the first person prospective students and families speak with, so a welcoming and professional approach is important. The role includes responding to new inquiries, helping families choose and schedule lessons, coordinating appointments with instructors, handling routine administrative tasks, and making sure students receive prompt and helpful support. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through without constant supervision are especially important.
