Rock Creek Insurance is a growing independent insurance agency seeking an experienced, highly organized Office Manager to help lead day-to-day office operations and support our continued growth. This is a key position for someone who is proactive, dependable, professional, and comfortable taking ownership. The right person will help keep the office organized, improve internal processes, support leadership, and ensure priorities are followed through. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows Support agency leadership with scheduling, meetings, projects, and follow-up Coordinate team meetings, action items, and deadlines Assist with employee onboarding, training coordination, and HR administration Maintain office procedures, records, calendars, and internal documentation Coordinate with clients, insurance carriers, vendors, and business partners as needed Help oversee office supplies, equipment, facilities, and technology vendors Support marketing initiatives, events, and special projects Track key priorities and help ensure important tasks do not fall through the cracks Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and client service Qualifications 3+ years of office management, operations, executive administrative, or similar experience Excellent organization and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through to completion Professional, dependable, and comfortable holding others accountable Strong Microsoft Office and general technology skills Ability to learn new systems quickly Experience in an insurance agency, financial services firm, or professional services environment is preferred but not required. An insurance license is a plus. Compensation $65,000-$80,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications. Work from anywhere in the country, serving our clients here in the greater Chattanooga area, during our normal office hours, 8:30am- 5pm EST.
