We're looking for a dependable, organized Office Manager who enjoys wearing multiple hats and can confidently manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This is an independent role, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a wide variety of office responsibilities. We are looking for someone to work hybrid, while coming to our home office space in Sedro Woolley to receive mail/receipts, organize files, and occasionally pick up/deliver materials. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks. Answer calls, emails, and communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and subcontractors. Prepare invoices, process payments, and assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Process payroll and maintain employee records. Schedule jobs and coordinate with the business owner Maintain job files, change orders, permits, contracts, and other project documentation. Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships. Assist with bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping. Track insurance certificates, licenses, and compliance documents. Support owner with reporting, scheduling, and other administrative needs. Keep the office organized and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Handling tasks/documents from government agencies Onboard/off board employees Qualifications Previous office management or administrative experience (construction industry experience is a plus). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software such as QuickBooks. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
