Responsibilities:

Are you a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly? We're looking for an Office Manager to serve as the heart of our Hamilton, NJ office, supporting day-to-day operations while partnering closely with senior leadership. In this highly visible role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience, office environment, and executive support functions. No two days are the same. From coordinating office operations and employee events to supporting leadership with travel and administrative needs, you'll play a vital role in helping our team succeed. This role will be based in our Hamilton, NJ office. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

Qualifications:

What you need to have: 3+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar administrative support role High School Diploma required Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and work independently Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint What makes you stand out: Associate Degree preferred Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-focused mindset Ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering exceptional service

Base Salary Range:

$28.00 - $33.00 per hour
