Overview Join our dynamic team as an Office Manager, where you'll be at the heart of our organization's daily operations! As the central point of contact, you'll manage administrative tasks, support team members, and enhance overall productivity with your proactive approach and technical proficiency. Duties Jobber software experience invoicing Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance to ensure a seamless work environment Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar management using productivity software and Microsoft Office tools Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and client communication Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and spreadsheet management using computer literacy and office management skills Assist with bookkeeping tasks by utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting Support front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, managing phone etiquette, and providing administrative support to staff Organize documents, prepare reports, and perform clerical tasks with high attention to detail and organizational skills Experience Proven office management experience or administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), spreadsheets, and productivity software Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities preferred for effective client interaction Experience handling multi-line phone systems, front desk duties, and customer support roles Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant or calendar management experience is a plus for supporting executive needs This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our organization's success! Pay:
