Office Manager / Bookkeeper

CS Trucks is looking for a part-time Office Manager / Bookkeeper to help manage daily office operations. Responsibilities include ticket entry and invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, scheduling, hiring/onboarding support, and general administrative duties. Applicants should have experience with QuickBooks and Excel, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced trucking environment. Hybrid position, approximately 25-40 hours per week. Trucking, dump truck, or construction office experience preferred

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
