Job Description

Office Manager for Danielle Lund Photography | Cambridge, Wisconsin Danielle Lund Photography is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to help keep our growing photography and videography business running smoothly. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, supporting client communication, organizing projects, and assisting with business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is customer focused, enjoys organization, thrives in a fast-paced environment , and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and vendors. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Respond to client emails, inquiries, and follow-ups in a timely manner Track leads, proposals, contracts, and bookings in our CRM system Coordinate schedules for photography sessions, events, and meetings Assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth client experience Organize project workflows in our CRM for weddings, events, and corporate jobs Help manage editing timelines and delivery schedules Coordinate with photographers, editors, and contractors Assist with vendor communication and partnerships Help implement systems that improve efficiency and organization Qualifications / Experience Previous experience in office management, administrative support, or project coordination Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Experience with CRM systems or project management tools (we use 17hats) Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or similar tools Ability to work independently or remotely and problem-solve Professional and client-focused attitude Experience in photography, creative businesses, events, or weddings is a plus but not required
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
