Job Description

Join Our Team as a Full Time Office Manager for our Suffolk TASC program! Are you passionate about supporting the justice involved population, and making a real difference in their lives? EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 80,000 people through 120 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated full time Office Manager for our Suffolk TASC (Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities) program.

Central Islip, NY Primary Purpose of Job:
The Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to LI TASC program.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist Supervision in coordinating daily operations of the program office including follow-up of necessary paperwork. Supervise and train clerical staff of LI TASC program. Answer, screen and direct phone calls, and perform receptionist function. Perform typing and general office duties. Act as liaison between the program, Director and
EAC NETWORK
Administration. Order and maintain an inventory of office supplies. Oversee the collection and input of data into the program's database. Maintain and oversee the collection of all fees and petty cash for deposit into agencies designated bank account. Maintain office equipment inventory. Order and maintain records of all office needs and expenditures. Conduct phone screen with clients to determine eligibility for services and schedule assessment appointments for assigned Case Manager. Coordinate court schedules with staff. Assist in performing observations of toxicology testing where needed. Perform all other relevant duties as determined by Supervision and EAC Administration.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
High School Diploma or educational equivalent required. Minimum of five years of prior office experience required. Some social services or criminal justice agency experience preferred. General office, typing and computer skills (Microsoft Office/Data Entry) skills required. Proficiency in database management required. Must have a pleasant phone manner and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
