The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and administration within a pool cleaning or home-service business. Experience using Skimmer software is a plus. This position will play an important role in keeping our daily operations organized, communicating with customers and technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring our customers receive excellent service. Responsibilities Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner Schedule and coordinate pool service appointments and technician routes Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, repairs, billing, and general questions Manage customer accounts and service information Follow up with customers regarding service issues, repairs, estimates, and outstanding items Assist with invoicing, payments, accounts receivable, and administrative tasks Maintain accurate customer and company records Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and management Help resolve customer concerns and service issues Monitor daily schedules and make adjustments as needed Assist management with general office and administrative responsibilities Experience Previous experience in an administrative, office management, or customer service role Hands-on experience with Skimmer software Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and friendly phone manner Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with computers and learning/using multiple software systems Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
