JOB DUTIES
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of workers and subcontractors engaged in the construction, installation, and finishing of residential swimming pools and spas. Plan, assign, and monitor work to ensure compliance with project specifications, construction schedules, and safety standards. Review construction plans, layouts, and technical specifications to ensure proper site preparation, excavation, and structural layout. Oversee and inspect rebar framing, gunite or shotcrete application, pool plumbing systems, and installation of coping, tile, and related finishes to ensure compliance with design requirements and applicable building codes. Conduct daily on site inspections to verify quality of workmanship, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and workforce allocation to maintain project schedules and workflow efficiency. Communicate with project managers, contractors, inspectors, and clients regarding project progress, site conditions, and scheduling requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment and hazard prevention practices. Maintain records of work performed, inspections, and project progress. Train and guide workers regarding construction methods, safety procedures, and proper installation techniques related to pool and spa construction.

Manager
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED and 24 months of experience as a Construction Supervisor.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent daily local travel to various job sites within a 70 mile radius of the worksite.
SALARY:
$94,786.00 per year.
