Job Description
Office Manager/Administrative Assistant Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role involves managing administrative tasks, assisting with scheduling, responding to communications, and handling bookkeeping related to swim lessons. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment to ensure smooth office functioning. Duties Assist with scheduling swim lessons, coordinating times and managing calendar updates. Respond promptly to phone calls, messages, and emails from clients, staff, and vendors. Maintain accurate records of appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling. Handle bookkeeping tasks related to swim lessons, including invoicing and payment tracking. Support office operations by organizing files, supplies, and documentation. Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure efficient office workflow. Manage communication channels to ensure timely dissemination of information. Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative assistance preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Basic proficiency in bookkeeping or familiarity with financial recordkeeping is desirable. Comfortable using office software such as MS Office Suite or similar tools. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Reliable and professional demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Pay:
