Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial oversight, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to support our office environment and maintain efficient workflows. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving organization while honing your administrative and bookkeeping expertise. Duties Manage daily office operations. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools. Handle bookkeeping responsibilities utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software to manage invoices, expenses, payroll, and financial reports. Coordinate calendar management, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for staff and clients to ensure optimal time management. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients via phone , addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain filing systems, process documents for proofreading, and ensure all clerical tasks are completed efficiently. Support administrative functions such as proofreading correspondence, managing client communication, and supporting personal assistant duties when needed. Experience Proven office management experience. Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous clerical experience including data entry, filing, and document processing preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong phone communication skills with knowledge of phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance client communication and team collaboration but not necessary. Technical proficiency in computer literacy, spreadsheets creation, proofreading, and productivity software is essential for success in this role. Pay:
$15.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
