Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager and construction Bookkeeper to join our team. This position is a part time with full time availability. In other words, the position needs availability every workday with in-office 2-3 days per week and remote the other days.Responsibilities:
Manage AR, billing, and collections Manage AP, and monthly budgets Compile monthly reporting Process B&O and excise taxes Manage public works paperwork such as prevailing wage intent numbers and affidavits. Reconcile bank and credit card statements Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financials using Quickbooks. Work with the CPA office for the end of the year taxes Human Resources duties for approx 5 employees Process payroll, Annual 1099's Manage office, order supplies, pick up mail, answer phones, etc. Additional administrative or coordination tasks as needed such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.Qualifications:
Professional office conduct and phone etiquette Experience with Microsoft Office preferably on a PC Experience with Quickbooks Premier Desktop Well organized and detail oriented Reliable, proactive self-starter with high standards of quality, excellent time management Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively This position offers competitive compensation based on experience.
