Job Description
Office & Operations Manager Part-Time | Up to 30 Hours per Week | Eden Prairie, Minnesota For nearly 30 years, Prairie School of Dance has served families through exceptional dance instruction in a warm, encouraging, faith-based, and family-centered environment. We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-focused Office & Operations Manager to help our school run smoothly and support an excellent experience for our students, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities Serve as a welcoming and responsive point of contact for families by phone, email, and in person. Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations. Coordinate schedules, calendars, meetings, and school communications. Support registration, attendance tracking, student records, and follow-up. Use Jackrabbit and other technology systems to improve organization and efficiency. Prepare agendas, track action items, and help ensure projects are completed. Support parent communication, events, community partnerships, and merchandising. Identify opportunities to strengthen systems, processes, and overall school operations. Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and School Director. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Highly organized, dependable, and attentive to detail. Warm, professional, and confident communicating with families. Comfortable learning and using technology. Able to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through to completion. Proactive, resourceful, and interested in improving systems and processes. Supportive of Prairie School of Dance's faith-based mission and family-centered values. Experience in office administration, operations, customer service, education, youth programming, or a related setting is preferred.
