For twenty years we have built our reputation on three things: skilled craftsmanship, professional operations, and a strong team culture. Our work spans three production divisions — decorative metalwork, structural and industrial steel fabrication, and custom woodworking and installation. We are in a heavy growth phase, pursuing AISC certification, and building the systems that will let this business scale. The Operations & Office Manager is one of the keystone roles in that growth. About the Role This is a hybrid role that combines operational coordination with hands-on office leadership. You will keep projects moving cleanly through our workflow across three divisions, support our estimators, drafters, and three department managers day-to-day, and own the office-side coordination that keeps a busy shop running. Direct authority across all three divisions for operational systems work. This is not a supervisor role — you are a teammate and the connective tissue that makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you want a job with real scope at a growing shop where you can put your fingerprints on the systems that scale the business, this is the seat. What You'll Do Keep projects moving through our workflow system from quote to delivery, across all three divisions Onboard new customers and gather the documentation each project needs Coordinate scheduling information across the Structural, Decorative, and Mill/Install divisions, with assistance from our team Run the front office — paperwork organization, document filing, customer-facing communication Support our estimators, drafters, and department managers as their day-to-day operations partner Help select, implement, and improve the tools and systems we adopt as we grow (we recently implemented StruMIS for our structural division) Partner with our outsourced accounting team and our accountant on the operational side of finance — purchase orders, vendor coordination, project cost tracking Ensure QC paperwork is gathered and filed appropriately What We're Looking For Experience in operations, project coordination, office management, or general business management — through work experience, a relevant degree (business or operations), or both Proficiency with scheduling and workflow software, and comfort learning new systems quickly Data-driven, detail-oriented, and software-minded Reliable, organized, and a genuine team player Interested in growing with us long-term — this role has real runway as the company scales toward AISC certification, future growth, and expansion plans Who You Are We work hard, we get along, and we are professional but approachable. We would like to hear from you if you are interested in joining a team that values hard work, collaboration, and professional excellence.
