Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, HR support, travel coordination, and event planning. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in managing HR processes, booking corporate travel, and organizing company events is highly desirable. Familiarity with office operations in a fast-paced environment and experience in the technology, energy, or weather industry will be considered a significant advantage.
Note:
This role will be required to work out of our Manchester NH office a minimum of 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
HR & Administrative Support:
Assist with onboarding new employees, managing HR records, and handling employee inquiries.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Event Planning:
Organize team meetings, company events, and off-site retreats.
Office Operations:
Maintain office supplies, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Calendar & Scheduling:
Assist leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, and reminders.
Requirements:
Prior experience in office management, HR, or administrative roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience coordinating travel and events is a plus.
