Job Description

Join our Staff Counsel team as a Staff Counsel Office Manager , where you will play a key role in leading office operations and managing a team of legal support professionals. In this role, you will: Lead the daily operations of the Staff Counsel office, ensuring work is prioritized, assignments are balanced, and support services run smoothly. Manage and develop legal support staff through coaching, training, performance management, and ongoing professional development. Partner with attorneys and leadership to address staffing needs, allocate resources, and support departmental priorities. Oversee case intake, assignment processes, scheduling, calendaring, and administrative workflows. Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and service quality across the office. Develop and maintain procedures, training materials, and operational standards that support a high-performing team. Monitor workloads and office coverage to ensure timely and accurate support for attorneys and business partners. Manage timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and other staff-related administrative responsibilities. Foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment built on accountability, professionalism, and teamwork. Work onsite regularly in accordance with the Company's hybrid work model. Travel to the Ormond Beach office on a monthly basis
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Three (3) years of administrative office, legal support, claims support, or related professional experience is required, including one (1) year of supervisory or lead experience. OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and experience
Certifications and Licenses:
