This role is vital in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting staff, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming and productive workplace. As an Office Manager, you will be the central point of contact for office activities, managing everything from front desk duties to administrative support with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet visitors, manage front desk operations, and provide outstanding customer service to clients, vendors, and staff. Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls appropriately using proper phone etiquette. Oversee calendar management for meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely reminders. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and managing office documentation using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and organizing office supplies to support daily operations. Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks data entry to support financial accuracy. Coordinate office management activities such as organizing files, managing office supplies inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Working in a public accounting setting is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally via phone or in person. Experience working as a receptionist or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
