You will play a critical role in enhancing indoor air quality and climate control for our clients while maintaining the highest standards of technical precision. Responsibilities Execute the full-cycle installation and replacement of residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring compliance with all local building codes. Optimize system performance through precise configuration and rigorous testing of new equipment. Deliver exceptional service by maintaining a clean, professional job site and communicating clearly with homeowners throughout the installation process. Navigate diverse installation environments, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces, to ensure seamless system integration. Document project progress and equipment data to maintain accurate service records and inventory tracking. Collaborate with technical teams and dispatch to ensure project timelines are met and quality benchmarks are exceeded. Required Skills Active RI or MA Journeyman License. Current EPA Certification for refrigerant handling. Proven experience in residential HVAC system installation and mechanical troubleshooting. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical schematics and manuals. Preferred Skills Demonstrated history of providing high-level customer service in a residential setting. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple installation tasks efficiently. Flexibility to support rotating on-call schedules and weekend service requirements.
