The Hire is partnering with a well-established CPA firm in Rhode Island that is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Office Manager to support daily operations and help keep the office running smoothly year-round. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative support, client interaction, scheduling, and office coordination responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day office operations
• Providing exceptional client service via phone and email
• Scheduling appointments and supporting calendar management
• Handling document management, scanning, and filing
• Assisting with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
• Supporting staff and partners during busy tax season

Qualifications:

• Prior office management or administrative experience preferred
• Professional services or accounting office experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Schedule:

Busy Season (Feb. 1 - Apr. 15): Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM + Saturdays 8:30AM-12

PM Off Season:
