Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for all visitors. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your leadership will foster a positive environment that emphasizes exceptional customer service, efficient communication, and smooth administrative processes. Duties Supervise and coordinate front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding guest services with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to all calls using proper phone etiquette Oversee guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, resolving issues effectively, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting Maintain detailed records of reservations, guest preferences, and special requests to personalize guest experiences Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the resort, including housekeeping and concierge services Experience Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality or resort setting Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team Knowledge of guest services standards, hotel policies, and hospitality best practices Experience handling night audits and managing guest relations in a fast-paced environment Prior experience working in multilingual settings or with international guests is preferred Join us as a Front Office Manager and become the face of our hospitality team!
