Job Description
The Role Two Brothers Painting is a locally owned and growing residential and commercial painting company looking for an organized, personable, and tech-savvy Office Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll become the first impression of our company and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call through project completion. What You'll Do Customer Service Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally. Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout their painting project. Respond to customer questions and provide excellent customer service. Scheduling & Sales Support Schedule and confirm estimate appointments. Coordinate project schedules with customers and production staff. Follow up with estimate leads to answer questions and help convert estimates into booked projects. Assist with reactivation calls to previous customers. Project Coordination Help customers with paint color selections and project preparation. Ensure crews have the information and documentation they need before each project begins. Maintain accurate customer records and project details within our software systems. Office Administration Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks. Help maintain office supplies and organization. Support reporting, data entry, and document management. Work alongside the leadership team to keep day-to-day operations running efficiently. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, positive, and professional Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable talking on the phone and building relationships with customers Tech-savvy and confident learning new software systems Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment A proactive problem solver who takes initiative Dependable and enjoys working as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Customer service or office administration experience Scheduling or receptionist experience Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Docs. Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience with Estimate Rocket is preferred, but not required.
