Fully Onsite About the Role We are looking for an experienced Office & Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing office in Warwick, RI. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll work closely with the General Manager and serve as a key support person across the business. You'll manage a small office team while also helping with HR, finance, sales administration, ERP systems, vendors, and special projects . What You'll Do Manage and support a team of approximately 3 office employees Oversee the daily administrative operations of the office Work closely with the General Manager and leadership team Help keep office processes organized and running efficiently Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, equipment, records, and general office needs Coordinate calendars, meetings, visitors, travel, and company events Assist with basic finance and accounting tasks, including AP/AR, invoices, purchase orders, expenses, and vendor documentation Support HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, employee records, timekeeping, and interview coordination Provide administrative support to the sales team Help maintain accurate customer and employee information in company systems Use and maintain information in the company's ERP and CRM systems Assist with ERP integration and other system/process improvement projects Prepare reports and information for management Work with the company's European headquarters as needed Coordinate with vendors and assist with facility-related needs Take ownership of special projects and other business initiatives Jump in and help wherever needed to keep the business running smoothly What We're Looking For 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in an office environment, operations, administration, or HR ERP experience is required Experience with ERP implementation, integration, or system improvements is strongly preferred General knowledge of AP/AR and basic accounting processes Strong office and administrative skills Experience with employee administration or HR is a plus Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required Bachelor's degree preferred, but 10+ years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities Someone who is hands-on and willing to help with tasks outside of their normal responsibilities Professional, respectful, and collaborative approach to working with others Why Consider This Opportunity? $85,000-$95,000 base salary Up to 20% annual bonus 4 weeks of PTO Additional week off around Christmas and New Year's 5% 401(k) match Company pays approximately 90% of benefits BCBS health insurance Fully onsite position with your own office Very minimal travel, with occasional international travel possible Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and take on increasing responsibility Long-term opportunity to grow with the organization The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in an office .
