Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Office Manager who will serve as the central hub of our office operations while also acting as our on-site technology champion. This individual will ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day and will proactively support, manage, and optimize both hardware and software for our teams. The ideal candidate is a dependable self-starter , enjoys learning new systems, and is passionate about helping support others and uses technology effectively. Key Responsibilities - Office Operations- Maintain an organized and professional office environment
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and calls
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and communications
- Support staff and leadership with administrative needs and special projects Key Responsibilities - Technology & Systems Support
- Act as the local point of contact for all technology needs
- Manage office hardware (computers, printers, phones, etc.)
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues and coordinate with external IT support when needed
- Learn new software tools and systems quickly, becoming the internal expert
- Train and support team members on software, tools, and best practices
- Help evaluate and implement new tools to improve efficiency
- Ensure staff stay up to date on technology usage and processes Key Responsibilities - Team & Communication
- Facilitate communication between departments and external partners
- Provide a hospitable and supportive experience for employees and guests
- Assist with onboarding and technology setup for new hires Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong comfort level with both software and hardware
- Ability and eagerness to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and solution-focused Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
