About the Role The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of the office and company campus, ensuring an organized, efficient, and professional working environment. This role manages office operations, facility administration, company property, vendor coordination, and employee support while serving as a key administrative resource across the organization. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a wide variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities 1. Office & Administrative Management Oversee daily office operations and ensure the office is organized, efficient, and well maintained Develop and maintain administrative procedures and office policies Manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative expenses Maintain company records, administrative files, and document management systems 2. Facility & Campus Administration Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and other campus services Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including obtaining quotations, scheduling work, and following up on service completion Monitor office and campus facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and professional working environment Coordinate office renovations, workspace setup, and facility improvement projects Assist with workplace safety, signage, and general campus administration 3. Vendor & Administrative Coordination Serve as the primary administrative contact for external vendors and service providers Coordinate service contracts, renewals, and routine maintenance schedules Track administrative purchase requests, invoices, and vendor documentation Support departments with administrative coordination and company-wide projects as needed 4. Company Property & Employee Support Coordinate the administration of company-owned assets, including company vehicles, employee housing, office furniture, and other company properties Manage vehicle assignments, registrations, maintenance, insurance renewals, and related administrative records Coordinate employee housing, including lease administration, move-in/move-out arrangements, maintenance requests, and vendor communication Support expatriate employees with relocation and settlement, including airport pickup, housing arrangements, bank account setup, driver's license application, phone plans, and other administrative assistance Serve as the primary point of contact for company property and employee support matters, coordinating with internal departments and external service providers as needed Maintain accurate records for company assets, housing, vehicles, and related administrative documentation Qualifications Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese 2+ years of experience in office management, administration, or operations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Experience coordinating vendors, facilities, or company property is preferred Work Environment Full-time, on-site position located in Lancaster County, South Carolina Manufacturing environment with close interaction across office and production teams Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement plan
