•We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and elevate the guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, exceptional customer service, and efficient management of reservation systems. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, multilingual, and passionate about delivering memorable guest interactions while maintaining smooth hotel operations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and warmth Manage hotel reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) to ensure accuracy and efficiency Handle guest concerns promptly, providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and ensure staff readiness for safety protocols Utilize multi-line phone systems to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and external partners while practicing excellent phone etiquette Skills Proven experience in hospitality management, particularly within hotel front office operations Strong knowledge of hotel management software such as OPERA or equivalent PMS platforms Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to address guest needs proactively Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele confidently Excellent communication skills for client interactions via phone, email, or face-to-face encounters Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest safety at all times Experience in resort environments or properties with extensive guest relations responsibilities is a plus Join us in creating exceptional experiences for our guests through energetic leadership and dedicated service!
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
