Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of office management processes. This role requires effective communication, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting the team in achieving their goals. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative support. Provide front desk support, including managing phone systems with professionalism and phone etiquette. Oversee event planning and coordination for company functions. Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain accurate financial records through bookkeeping and payroll management. Handle vendor management, ensuring timely procurement of supplies and services. Implement human resources policies and procedures, including training. Foster a positive team environment through effective team management. Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management. Experience with schedule management and calendar coordination. Familiarity with the aviation industry is a plus. Ability to train and develop staff effectively. Competence in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
