Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, sales-driven Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while actively contributing to business growth. This is not solely an administrative position—sales is a key part of the role. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and confident speaking with prospective customers, identifying their needs, and closing sales. The successful candidate must be comfortable working toward performance goals, following up consistently with leads, and creating a positive customer experience from the first inquiry through the completed sale. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including administrative processes, scheduling, and workflow coordination. Respond promptly and professionally to phone, online, and walk-in inquiries. Convert prospective customers into sales by identifying their needs, explaining available products or services, overcoming objections, and confidently asking for the sale. Follow up consistently with leads, reservations, and prospective customers. Meet or exceed established sales, occupancy, revenue, and customer service goals. Build relationships with local businesses and community partners to generate leads and increase awareness. Identify opportunities to promote additional products, services, and available promotions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, payments, documentation, and operational activities using company systems and software. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding office needs, maintenance, and services. Monitor compliance with company procedures, policies, and quality standards. Support contract administration, renewals, reporting, documentation tracking, and general office management. Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for customers. Qualifications & Experience Previous sales experience is required. A proven ability to meet sales goals, follow up with leads, and close sales. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective and current customers. Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting local business outreach. Prior experience in office management, administrative operations, retail sales, property management, self-storage, or a related field is preferred. Proficient computer and office skills, including experience with management software and digital recordkeeping systems. Excellent phone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable for individual and property performance. Pay Hourly wage plus performance-based bonuses.
