In this position you will be responsible for the following: Planning, organizing and directing the daily activities of a complex Work Training Center. Production, purchasing, financial, distribution, safety operations, and local business partner relationships. Providing job readiness training services in order to prepare and assist eligible South Carolinians with disabilities to achieve and maintain competitive employment. Perform other related duties as required or assigned. Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, business administration or the behavioral sciences or a related field and four years of rehabilitation or manufacturing experience. Relevant experience may be substituted for the required diploma on a year-for-year basis. Prefer at least two years of supervisory experience.
