Growing Family & Cosmetic Dental Practice Location:
Brentwood, Tennessee Our established and growing family and cosmetic dental practice is seeking an exceptional Office Administrator to join our team. We are looking for a positive, organized, and patient-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, leading administrative systems, and helping create an outstanding patient experience. At our practice, we are committed to providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming, professional environment. We value teamwork, integrity, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for serving others.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing daily front office operations Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Insurance verification and claims management Financial arrangements and patient account management Answering phones and assisting patients with professionalism and warmth Supporting practice growth initiatives and patient retention Assisting with administrative reporting and office systems Leading by example and fostering a positive team culture
Qualifications:
Previous dental office experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software is a plus Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment presentation preferred Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service
