Job Description

Business Office Manager Explain financial obligations to residents and their families. Obtain copies of insurance cards and process credit card transactions. Complete ICP Medicaid applications for residents seeking financial assistance. Manage Medicaid pending application & conversion process to ensure timely resolution. Responsible for all aspects of the resident trust accounting system. Ensures procedures are followed to achieve an accurate and timely closing at month end.
