Physical Therapy Chattanooga, TN Job Details Full-time 21 hours ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Life insurance Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description The Front Office Manager's role is to oversee the output and performance of the entire Office Coordinator (OC) staff, ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed, and guarantee that daily operations remain consistent and efficient. It is the primary responsibility of the Front Office Manager to provide initial and ongoing training for all Office Coordinator employees, provide on-site coverage for Office Coordinators across all regions, and assist with daily front office tasks as needed. This role reports directly to the Director of Rehabilitation. Job duties are not limited to, but do include: Training new Office Coordinators (OCs) Providing ongoing training for all current OCs Developing, updating, and implementing new training materials as needed Providing regular on-site clinic visits throughout the Chattanooga, North Georgia, and Knoxville regions Conducting regular performance reviews with Office Coordinator staff Creating and updating front office policies and procedures as needed Maintaining consistent phone, email, and file management Participating in regular meetings with Office Coordinator staff, Clinical Management, and the Director of Rehabilitation Reviewing operational and administrative spreadsheets, including but not limited to: Plan of Care tracking Authorization tracking Inactive and dropped patient tracking Over-the-counter collections Call and walk-in referral tracking Chart audits Completing insurance verifications as needed (secondary to the Insurance Coordinator team) Providing on-site coverage for Office Coordinators in all regions as needed (secondary to the Floating Office Coordinator team) Assisting with daily Office Coordinator responsibilities, including but not limited to: Greeting, escorting, and scheduling patients Completing patient intake, registration, and new patient processing Creating and managing electronic patient charts Collecting over-the-counter patient payments Preparing accurate weekly bank deposits
