Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00PM Pay:

Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to support daily administrative and business operations for a growing company in the home improvement and construction industry. This role requires a motivated professional who can effectively manage office functions, maintain financial records, support internal teams, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions Process invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions using QuickBooks Maintain organized records, files, and documentation Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers professionally Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings Support project and office documentation as needed Assist with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information Qualifications Previous office management, office administration, or administrative assistant experience Strong proficiency in QuickBooks required Experience supporting construction, remodeling, or service-based businesses preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Benefits Upon Permanent Hire Aflac coverage Telehealth services PTO eligibility after six months Team-building events and company lunches Supportive and collaborative work environment Additional Requirements Background check required Credit check may be required Reliable transportation Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday If you have experience with office administration and QuickBooks and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.Pay Details:
