Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, supervising staff, and maintaining a productive work environment. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with experience in various administrative functions such as payroll, approving vacation/time off requests, and maintaining employee documents and files. Responsibilities Manage overall office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Supervise and train administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Maintain accurate records of payroll, budgeting, employee files and bookkeeping activities. Manage schedules and calendars for executives and staff members. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and managing multi-line phone systems. Facilitate monthly staff meetings Upholding professionalism within the workplace Create job postings, schedule interviews, and complete the hiring process Maintain insurance on all properties to include builders risk, rental dwelling, etc Skills Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting. Excellent schedule management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with human resources functions including payroll processing. Experience in bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks. Ability to handle front desk responsibilities with professionalism and phone etiquette. Experience with calendar management to optimize executive schedules. Capability in filing systems to maintain organized documentation.

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
