Strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals. This is the key to success and growth in the role. If you do not enjoy sales, this may not be the position for you. If you are eager to learn subtle, no pressure suggestive selling, we will teach you how to succeed.

Performance & Growth:

Open to respectful coaching and feedback to grow beyond airbrush tanning. Advancement opportunities include Supervisor, Trainer, Regional Manager, or even owning your own OBB franchise.

Dependability:

Reliable, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile for your team and clients.

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

Comfortable bending, stretching, squatting, and moving throughout the day without strain.

Cleanliness:

Must take pride in maintaining a spotless, organized salon environment. (If cleaning is not your strong suit, this role is not the right fit.)
