Job Description
OFFICE MANAGER
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a professional and motivated Office Manager for our branch in Columbia, TN. We are searching for candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to flourish in a high-energy, dynamic, and rapidly evolving setting. Pay Range $50K-55 annually Schedules and Hours Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, but the ideal candidate should be able to work 40+ hours (including overtime when needed). Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 pm as needed. Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities- Recruiting, applicant screening, interviewing, placing, and counseling employees
- Adequately judging the quality of an applicant for correct placement
- Process Payroll
- Counseling employees
- Listening to and applying constructive criticism Office Man a ger Skills and Qualifications
- Three (3) years of office management experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills, good clerical skills (type 50 - 55 wpm)
- Comfortable with computers. Be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Previous staffing or recruiting experience a plus
