Education Requirements Associate degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard business software. Ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and financial documentation. Experience Requirements Previous administrative, office management, program coordination, or nonprofit support experience preferred. Experience managing databases, files, registrations, financial records, and organizational correspondence. Experience processing invoices, payments, donations, and materials requests with accuracy and timeliness. Experience supporting meetings, conferences, events, and stakeholder communications. Preferred Qualifications Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping abilities. Ability to perform general office tasks in a professional environment. Job Duties Provide administrative support for multiple education, leadership development, and community engagement programs. Maintain program records, files, databases, contact lists, and organizational documentation. Process donations, payments, invoices, registrations, and related financial records accurately and confidentially. Assist with conference, meeting, and event registrations and coordination activities. Prepare reports, track program results, and maintain records for organizational reporting requirements. Manage program correspondence, participant communications, and stakeholder inquiries. Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of program data and reports. Maintain files, records, and asset management systems to ensure accurate documentation. Assist staff with special projects, program initiatives, and department objectives. Communicate effectively with team members, community partners, program participants, and stakeholders. Support the organization's mission by providing high-quality administrative and operational assistance. Perform additional duties and special assignments as needed.
