Job Description
The Capstone Group (capstonegroupinc.com) is a private commercial real estate investment company headquartered in Franklin (Nashville), Tennessee. We acquire and manage commercial properties such as shopping centers and industrial properties across the U.S. for our own account. We are expanding and are looking for a passionate, team player oriented Executive Assistant-Office Manager who is highly-motivated and eager to grow. Capstone will assist in relocation if you reside outside of Tennessee Objectives for this Role Provide primary administrative and operational support for the company President and team-members to drive company goals Ensure team-members are cooperating and working well so the President and company's goals are being met or exceeded Ensure that the company properties and office are well-run Help create and maintain a fun, cooperative and efficient office environment Responsibilities Organize, assist and manage professional and personal tasks for the President, including setting goals, scheduling and meeting follow-ups; organizing industry, investor and lender correspondence; answering emails, calls and texts; assist President to follow-up on company and team-member goals Monitor and provide secondary operational support for Capstone team-members to in daily tasks and longer-term projects Coordinate and monitor company projects, transactions, and deal flow to ensure successful and timely completion Evaluate and upgrade (as needed) office systems and institute best practices to ensure company efficiency is optimized Office tasks and light bookkeeping Required Skills and Qualifications Assocates degree, minimum 3 yrs minimum administrative experience supporting senior management or running a financial or real estate business Extremely organized High Extrovert, team-player Passionate self-starter, curious, with a strong desire to learn and grow especially in real estate Strong proficiency in standard Microsoft Office Suite programs Professional experience working in real estate, financial, law, or a title company, a strong plus
