Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive environment, support team members, and enhance overall office functionality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your administrative expertise while contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone, and maintaining a professional first impression. Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and travel. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using spreadsheets and word processing tools, ensuring all records are up-to-date and well-organized. Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, vendors, and team members with inquiries via phone or email while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Support office management tasks such as processing invoices with QuickBooks, managing office correspondence, and proofreading documents for accuracy. Facilitate communication by maintaining efficient internal communication channels and supporting administrative projects. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with productivity software and spreadsheets. Excellent computer literacy skills including data entry, filing systems, and technical proficiency in office equipment. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone communication skills and professional demeanor. Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus; familiarity with calendar management and personal assistant duties is preferred. $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
