We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our practice, support a happy, high-performing team, and actively help bring new patients into our office. Orthodontic experience is not required—we're looking for a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for creating outstanding patient experiences. In this role, you will work closely with the doctor to oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure every patient feels welcomed, cared for, and excited to be here.
