Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on The Island in Pigeon Forge! This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and supporting staff and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in office management and a background in bookkeeping or payroll.
Work Environment:
In office. Monday - Friday Responsibilities Manage schedules, including calendar management and appointment setting for staff Coordinate event planning and logistics for company meetings and activities Handle vendor management, including negotiations and maintaining relationships with service providers Maintain accurate records through filing systems and bookkeeping practices Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email communications, and phone calls. Provide clerical support, including answering multi-line phone systems, managing front desk operations, and responding to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support leadership and staff. Experience Proven experience in an administrative role or office management position High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly If you are a proactive individual with a passion for organization and efficiency, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Office Administrator.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
