Assistant Business Office Manager (ABOM) / Receptionist Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center
  • Sevierville, TN Full-Time M-F 7:30AM-4:00PM | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Assistant Business Office Manager / Receptionist to support our Business Office in delivering excellent financial and administrative services for our residents and their families in Sevierville, Tennessee .
The ABOM will work closely with the Business Office Manager to ensure accurate billing, resident account management, and daily operations within the business office. This role plays an important part in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and compassionate customer service in a healthcare environment.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in healthcare business office, skilled nursing or long term care setting preferred Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance billing processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with resident billing, collections, and accounts receivable Process Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance claims accurately and timely Maintain resident trust accounts and ensure proper documentation Provide back up support to the Business Office Manager Assist with financial reporting and month end close procedures Maintain confidentiality of all resident and financial information Why Join Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center?
