Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office workplace. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication abilities. This role is vital in cultivating a professional, positive atmosphere that promotes productivity and exceptional patient care. Duties Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping. Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks for daily entries. Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Complete the process for insurance credentialing in a timely manner. CAQH Provider Portal Data Entry. Process Bi-Weekly and Monthly Payroll cycles. Serve as primary contact for employees regarding benefits, company policies and workplace concerns.
