We pride ourselves on offering comprehensive dental services using advanced technology, including digital radiographs and chair-side TVs to enhance patient comfort. Summary We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Sweta Tailor
DDS PLLC.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional care to our patients. We offer medical benefits, 401(k), paid holidays, 5 days of paid vacation after one year of service. 10 days of paid vacation after two years of service. Business hours - no evenings or weekends. Annual office closure between Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Great for family time. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow within the office. Assist with billing and fiscal management tasks as needed. Verify dental insurance benefits. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient experiences. Implement office policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. Great opportunity for advancement in a growing office. Requirements Minimum Bachelor degree in Business required. The individual must be professional, dependable, detail-oriented and be able to multi-task. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Able to submit solid references.
