Job Description:

1. Registration & student database maintenance 2. Scheduling 3. Managing student progress 4. Bookkeeping & billing 5. Updating website, social media, and advertisements 6. Answering phones and receiving customers at the front desk, often in Korean 7. Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by directors

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree Required 2. Fluency in Korean language required 3. Organized, detail oriented, and good at multi-tasking 4. Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills 5. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe 6. Prior front desk experience preferred 7. Graphic design and web design experience a plus 8. Must have own reliable transportation and be eligible to work in the

US Compensation:

Starts at $22 per hour (Compensation will be based on experience). For a part-time employee, the hours can be flexible.
