Our members include practitioners across massage therapy, physical therapy, mental health, functional medicine, and integrative wellness. We handle the space; they focus on the care. Our Mission is to serve those that serve others. About the Role We are looking for a hospitality-first operator that can "figure things out" and that can "get things done" to serve as our founding Membership & Studio Manager. This is a high-ownership role responsible for the daily experience of our members, the smooth running of our space, and the growth of our membership community. You will report directly to the founding partners and be instrumental in shaping how WellSuite operates as we scale. This role blends the best of boutique studio management and coworking membership development. You must be equally comfortable building genuine relationships with wellness practitioners and driving membership sales. Key Responsibilities Membership & Sales Own the full membership sales cycle, from inquiry and tour to close and onboarding Manage and update all membership plans, billing, and records in OfficeRnD (our primary platform) Proactively develop leads through outreach, community events, and local wellness partnerships Identify and pitch value-add services, amenities, and partnerships that enhance the member experience Support marketing efforts Execute a monthly sales plan to consistently meet or exceed membership growth targets Member Experience & Hospitality Serve as the primary point of contact for all members and guests, delivering a white-glove experience Manage member communications via email, OfficeRnD announcements, and in-space signage Resolve member concerns promptly and with care, upholding WellSuite's hospitality standard Plan and promote monthly member events to foster community and belonging Daily Operations Ensure the facility is clean, well-stocked, and operationally excellent at all times Manage front desk operations: member check-in, guest registration, phone inquiries, package handling Oversee scheduling of shared spaces including treatment rooms and meeting areas Monitor inventory, coordinate ordering, and manage vendor relationships Enforce WellSuite policies and business practices consistently and professionally Ensure all front desk systems and operational processes run smoothly day-to-day Team & Culture Onboard new staff, modeling WellSuite's values in every interaction Contribute to a high-energy, positive team culture through mentorship and accountability Partner with founding team to help shape and document operational systems as we grow Qualifications Required Minimum 2 years of experience managing a studio, coworking space, or membership-based operation Proven track record in membership or boutique sales- you know how to close and retain Hands-on experience with OfficeRnD (our primary CRM and space management platform). Strong verbal and written communication skills (you can write a warm member email and give a compelling tour in the same morning) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities without losing composure Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) Flexibility to work weekday or weekend hours as needed Strongly Preferred Background in hospitality, health & fitness, or wellness industries Competency speaking professionally to health & wellness professionals Experience with event coordination or community programming Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Character & Culture Fit Integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of personal accountability Warmth and empathy; you genuinely like people and it shows Self-awareness and humility.
