Family Dentistry of Bedford | Bedford, TX Family Dentistry of Bedford is seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Office Manager to lead our practice operations and support our team in delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of dental office management experience , strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of dental practice operations. Experience with Dentrix is a plus . •12:00 PM Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office Lead, support, and motivate the practice team Monitor practice performance and help achieve operational and financial goals Support patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and overall patient satisfaction Manage office workflows and ensure efficient daily operations Monitor collections, production, and other key practice metrics Assist with team development, coaching, and performance management Ensure compliance with company policies and dental industry regulations Partner with the dentist and team to identify opportunities for practice growth Help create a positive, welcoming environment for both patients and team members Qualifications 2-5 years of dental office management experience required Previous experience managing a dental practice or dental office required Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Comfortable working with practice management software Dentrix experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dental environment Strong understanding of dental office operations, scheduling, and patient experience What We're Looking For We're looking for a confident and collaborative leader who can take ownership of the day-to-day operations while creating a positive experience for both patients and team members.
