Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy dental practice. This role requires a strong leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high-performing, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a productive, efficient provider schedule with minimal gaps Verify dental insurance, manage benefits, and ensure accurate patient estimates Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) reports, collections, and follow-up on outstanding balances Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including scheduling, production, and collections Utilize Dentrix to manage patient records, schedules, billing, and reporting Ensure compliance with office policies, HIPAA, and company standards Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications Previous dental office management or supervisory experience required (2+ years) Strong leadership and team-building skills Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice Experience with insurance verification, AR, and financial reporting Proficiency with Dentrix Bilingual in Spanish is required Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience, plus monthly bonus opportunities Full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO and paid holidays, 401(k) options, and more Supportive leadership and a collaborative team culture Opportunity to grow and make a meaningful impact in a thriving dental practice If you are a driven, organized, and people-focused leader looking to advance your career in dental management, we encourage you to apply.
