As our Office Manager / Executive Assistant , you'll help keep the office and leadership team organized, supported, and running smoothly. You'll manage day-to-day office needs, provide direct support to the President, and create a welcoming experience for employees, clients, and visitors. This role is a great fit for someone who anticipates needs, takes initiative, stays organized, and enjoys being the person others can count on to keep things moving.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide administrative and organizational support to the President Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative needs Coordinate schedules, correspondence, documents, and other executive support needs Answer and direct incoming calls and communications Greet and assist employees, clients, and visitors Manage office supplies, materials, and vendor needs Anticipate needs, identify challenges, and proactively develop solutions Support meetings, special projects, and company initiatives Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environmentWHAT YOU'LL BRING
2+ years of experience in executive support, office management, operations, or a similar role Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency Strong interpersonal and customer service skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment A collaborative, positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed Ready to build your vision?
